Who controls your information

What we collect

When you send a project inquiry, we may collect your name, organization, email address, mobile number or Messenger handle, preferred contact method, project location, target timeline, project type, message, originating page, referral source, advertising campaign parameters, browser user agent, and technical submission records.

Why we process it

We use this information to receive and assess your inquiry, contact you, qualify the project, schedule an audit, prepare a solution or proposal, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, maintain sales records, understand which pages or campaigns generate relevant inquiries, and meet legitimate business or legal obligations.

Who receives it

Information is available only to authorized JTJTi personnel and service providers needed to operate the inquiry process. These currently include Supabase for database and Edge Function infrastructure and Resend for transactional email delivery. Advertising platforms receive conversion information only when JTJTi configures the relevant measurement integration; raw inquiry text is not intentionally sent as an advertising event.

Retention

Inquiry records that do not become customer projects are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Records may be kept longer when required for an active project, contract, accounting, warranty, dispute, security investigation, or legal obligation. JTJTi may retain limited suppression or audit records when necessary to respect a request or prevent abuse.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether JTJTi processes your personal data and request access, correction, deletion or blocking, data portability where applicable, or object to or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

To make a request, email sales@jtjti.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Security and international processing

JTJTi uses access controls, restricted database permissions, encrypted network connections, and operational safeguards appropriate to the inquiry process. Some service providers may process data outside the Philippines. JTJTi selects providers and configurations intended to preserve appropriate protection for the information.

Automated decisions and updates

JTJTi may use timing, project type, location, and similar information to prioritize follow-up, but a person remains responsible for sales qualification and project decisions. We may update this notice when the process or providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
